Shipping way:
For all of our products， we offer two shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping. FREE SHIPPING for all orders by E-package.
2. Expedited Shipping starts from $28. This method delivers about 7- 10 business days by Fedex .
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order. We charge shipping rates that are calculated automatically when you place your order.
Please note you may need to pay customs charges in order to receive the package in your country.
Delivery Time
We try our effort to ensure you receive your pearls or pearl jewelry in time; however, sometimes customs or severe weather, may affect the delivery of your package.
If you need your item for a specific date, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to ensure you can receive your products by the date needed.
Please be aware that packages for pearls are shipped within 1-4 business days of placing your order. The packages for custom pearl jewelry are shipped within 15-20 business days of placing
your order.
